So frustrated with VM

After ongoing complaints for months I have just moved addresses and found my bill go up by £100 for some reason? 

no way to contact anyone and so tired of trying. Spent about 50 hours dealing with these people since signing up in April.

 This company is horrible to deal with and whenever I try to get it resolved I just get threatened to have to pay £500 to leave my contract. or belittled by their customer service agents who love to hang up so you need to restart the call again taking hours.

I just want to pay for a service that works! 

would actively advise anyone to never use VM they’re horrific

  • I’m more frustrated now than when I posted this discussion note to state my frustration- VM is impressively bad. 

    for anyone thinking of joining - don’t. There’s literally no way to get anything sorted with them when they make mistake after mistake. 

    don’t ever set up a direct debit either, as they will only start to look at your complaint once you are late on payment - though there will be more threats and late charges 

  • Trying to contact you but there are so long to wait between replies - I have been talking to someone for 4 hours and they are still saying they can’t help?? 

    this company is so bad - but I’m sure I’ll be threatened with a £500 bill again if I ask to leave 

     

    Also why do they ask one question then wait for half an hour to reply with one more question? Surely it’d be more sensible to sack all of the customer service reps and let us just contact the engineers as they are the sensible staff who actually know what they’re talking about? Or close this dodgy and exploitative business down so we can all go with competitors

    If you just moved house, and didn't change any of your package, there should be no price increase.

    It should be a simple "Move and Transfer", whereby everything remains the same, price and Contract duration.

    A VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and discuss directly with you.
