Cs2214 frustrating

Hi, have error code cs2214, have tried resetting box but still no recording, can play old recordings and have to sign into all the other apps every time I use them (bbc iPlayer etc). 

It's so frustrating Help

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your set-top box at this time. 

    Can you advise what you're trying to access or what's happening when you see this error code? 

    If it's only to do with recordings, what recording are you looking to access? Do you find it happens on any other recordings?
