Error Codes CS2000 and CS2214
We have been unable to watch any recordings for a few days now and keep getting the error code CS2214 when trying to watch recordings. When we try to pause or rewind live TV we also get the CS2000 error code.
We phoned up Virgin Media early on Tuesday and after going through various procedures (turning things off and on again, checking cables were in correctly, etc), which we'd already done anyway, they said they would try and fix it remotely in a day or two and then get back to us. We've not heard anything back and, from what I've read on these forums, it sounds like it's a hard drive problem and isn't something that can be fixed remotely anyway.
Any idea how long it's going to take for them to get back to us or sort out the problem?

Engineer came around and installed a new box so it's eventually all been sorted now.
