WPA3 and TV360 - Wifi fails

banhamm
Up to speed

I have an Orbi mesh router attached to a VM hub5, the hub5 is running in modem mode.

On the Orbi router, I have today changed the password security from WPA2 to WPA3. All device connected ok after resubmitting the old password except for the TV360.

I am now getting error CS9995 - and cannot resubmit the old password to join the Wi-Fi network.

Anyone else experience this? Do I need to return to WPA2 security?

HI @banhamm

The 360 box doesn't  connect to WPA3 so you would either need to change back to WPA2 or connect via ethernet if possible.
