Got a message hard drive had failed

 so turned the box off and back on again. Got the welcome screen for 20 minutes. Then please wait for about 0.5hr before I got fed up and went to bed. Woke up this morning to find everything is working ok. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Not impressed with these box's.

Mechanical disks are prone to failure over time.

No fault of the box.

This is my second box and is only 2 weeks old.

Rented kit, so not two weeks old.

V360 is a server based system. Check your box has an internet connection, as a failed internet can also cause this issue.
