No order confirmation on phone order

Hi all

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro from Virgin Media mobile the other day. I talked with someone from Virgin at 0800 052 7551 and they confirmed some details and said I could go ahead with the order and it would arrive on Thursday (today). I signed off on it using the text message link and waited for a confirmation link but I never got one and I've checked my Spam folder and all that but I only got Pre-Contract documents. Any help?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
