Hi I joined VM last week.
I spoke to Customer Services a few days ago and asked them to turn on Wifi Calling for my account, and they said they did.
My phone now shows VoLTE icon at the top but no wifi calling. I've tried the usual reboots/reinsert sim card etc.
In my phone settings there is an option to toggle VoLTE calling, but no Wifi calling option.
My phone is up to date and it works when I use my work sim (Vodafone) and worked with my previous supplier (ID Mobile/3).
It's an Honor Magic Pro 5, Android 13, all up to date.

Hey danielson81, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
You should be getting A 4G, 5G connection, please go to the settings of your phone and turn WIFI calling on.
We can turn it on from our side however if you haven't turned it on in the phones settings it simply won't work.
The phones actual setting needs turning on for it to completely work.
These should be the settings for your phone to do it;
Every phone has a different layout but please do look for that flow. Cheers

Are you able to check if it was turned on, when I spoke to CS, VoLTE sprung in to life instantly though.
However not the end of the world if it doesn't work.

As mentioned it needs to be turned on in the phone to make it work.
If the setting is not there maybe this phones does not support WIFI calling.
However please try this - Go to Phone > > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling, then enable Wi-Fi Calling.- every phone is different so it could be hidden somewhere else in settings. Cheers

Hi Enable wifi calling isnt there with the Virgin Sim
I've just done this..
Put my Vodafone work SIM in the phone, Wifi Calling worked, and is there
Put my Virgin SIM in my work mobile (Samsung A33) and it worked fine.
So, the issue is my phone, never mind! Thanks for your help.
