O2 mobile bills not synced

Can somebody tell me why the 2 mobiles on my account are not showing on my latest bill. I asked O2 last month and then VM as it is down to them to sync the 2 mobiles to the one account. Can this be resolved please, another black mark for VM from me

Mobile data no internet

Recently switched from BT to Virgin mobile and transferred old to Virgin number. No problem with calls or texts.Can access internet via wireless but no connection via mobile data.Been through the trouble shooters, ie. WIFI off, data on, rebooting etc...
