Ordered a new Tivo box TV remote control and was sent a V6 remote. Can't find anywhere on VM website to resolve issue. Any suggestions?

Are you sure it is a V6 remote? I ordered a tivo remote about 2 weeks ago and when it arrived I thought the same as you, due to its smaller size than the previous one. However it works fine and is much easier to hold and use.
