TNT Sports Extra On Virgin Go

Hi,

I am trying to watch a football match that is being broadcast on TNT Sports Extra (i.e. not one of the main TNT 1-4 channels) but am unable to do so using Virgin Go. I understand that while watching on TV you can choose the extra options via the red button, but this feature is absent on Virgin Go. How can I get around this?

I don’t know what you mean by tnt sports extra. If you mean the extra games via the red button. I don’t think it’s available on tv go? I don’t think you can and need to watch it via your box etc.

TNT Sports 1-4 are linear broadcast channels that you can view on your TV box or via TV Go.

The additional red-button streams are only available from your TV box, or via the TNT/Discovery app - not something which VM provides access to.
