No Rugby on Virgin Go

Tried to watch TNT Rugby on Virgin go and get message saying cant watch as copyrighted? I want to watch this on my mobile as well as TV  but this is prevented. Is this right

Are you using any kind of VPN on the device (Norton 360 etc)?

If you are, you must turn it off or all the TNT channels are blocked.

They are all blocked on my iPad unless I disable VPN, then they work.

Hi Nyallj, 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with watching the TNT Sports channels. 

Can you please ensure the Rugby isn't being shown on the Ultimate channel. If it is, I'm afraid you won't be able to access this. Only TNT Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4 are available. 

If it is one of the usual channels then as mentioned by nodrogd, make sure you don't have any VPN enabled on the device and this should resolve the issue you're having.
