No Valid TV Control Account Found

I'm having the same problem that lots of others seem to be having. For no apparent reason I can't log in to the TV Control app on either my mobile or ipad. Neither device has been changed and both are fully up to date.

Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing cache etc. Tried restarting the V6 box. Tried following the instructions in the Virgin guide for the TV Control app but no luck.

Only thing I can think is that something has been blocked on the Virgin side. Can anyone help please?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some trouble with the TV Control app. So we can assist further, can you please confirm the exact models of devices you are using and their operating system version?

Can you please also make sure the standby settings on your box are set to either Connected Low Power or Always On?
