Virgin Wifi Pod problem

My Virgin Wifi pods are allowing me to access websites like YouTube at fast rates when I connect my computer to them via Ethernet, but I can't do a speed test or connect to smaller websites.

Try manually setting the PC's DNS servers to Google as a test.  They are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems when connecting your computer to the Wi-Fi Pods. Have you been able to do the advice provided by legacy1 and Adduxi? Has this improved the connection? Are you able to provide the tracert log?

Are you seeing any lights on your Wi-Fi Pod when connecting to the device through an Ethernet cable? Are you able to try a different cable?
