I have been offered a new contract with the download speeds below are these speeds acceptable for a good reliable sevice
In terms of your broadband speed your new estimated download speed range to your router is between 133 and 137 Mbps at peak times and your upload speed will range between 21 and 21 Mbps. Your minimum download speed to your router shouldn't fall below 66 Mbps.
Thanks in advance for any help.

It will be plenty for you - in fact probably overkill 😎.
As a pointer, Streaming a movie in 4k on netflix requires a minimum of 25Mbps - normal HD is 5Mbps... everything else - including gaming, surfing, etc requires far less bandwidth

Acceptable for doing what? Only you can decide if this suits you.
