Removal of old external cables/boxes

We have a lot of old, disused cables and virgin media boxes on the exterior of our property. Many of the cables are damaged and all no longer used. Some are hanging into basement garden exposed and flapping about. Would it be possible to have all exterior virgin media infrastructure removed?
