Omni Box fallen off outside wall

Due to the recent stormy weather, our Omni Box on the outside wall has fallen off. There is no damage to it and it just needs re-drilling/screwing into the wall. Do Virgin charge for engineers to come out to do this?

No...VM will repair storm damage f.o.c.

Call it in and report it as a fault.  Or post up a photo here and a VM person will assess the damage and organise a Tech visit to fix it.
