New fibre installation not showing live on postcode checker

Hi

We have just had virgin media fibre installed on our road. The works have finished but I can't see when it goes live. Our current deal runs out start of December so ideally looking to switch as currently we have to use the mobile ee network as the WiFi has been so bad in our area.

I have tried to find a number on here to check but haven't had any joy finding one.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear that despite the cables being installed in your area you haven't heard anything, once our services have been put in the area it can take up to 6 months for it to be ready to us, when were the cables laid?
