New Hub 5 Sent - No Power Plug With it

Hi

I have a hub 4 and due to some issues they agreed to send me a hub 5.

It finally arrived but during setting it up i encountered a problem. They sent no power supply plug with it and the plug for the hub 4 is too large to fit the hub 5. I have tried calling and contacting on what's app but i have had no help so i thought i would reach out here.

You are not the first with this problem, and I'm sure not the last.

However, if you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss with you.
