This is specifically aimed at the Virgin community team here. I'd like to book a no-fault engineer visit to move my router to an internal cupboard. Please PM me with the next steps, thanks.

If you move your VM router to an "internal cupboard" you will most likely ruin the Wifi signal, and possibly overheat the unit? 

It will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with your directly.

We would be able to arrange for the relocation of your hub for you.

However it is best to follow the advice that @Adduxi gave above.

If you still wish to go ahead with this, It will be a £25 call out fee added to the next bill after the visit.

I will send you a private message any to gain account access and pass security.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
