Hi,

The brown terminal/junction box that is on the outside of the property is missing its cover leaving the wires exposed. How do you go about getting this replaced. we have tried calling VM but cannot find the correct option to choose when going through the automated part of the call.

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
