Installation delayed due to work required

Hello Everyone

I was due to have virgin installed on the tuesday 23rd January however its been moved back to 15th of February. Meanwhile sky accidently 🙄 cut my broadband off even though i told them to extend the date.

Will Virgin be compensating for the delayed installation? I read somewhere about £5 or so a day but wasn't too sure?

Could anyone clarify this for me?

Kind regards James
