I booked a self-install for my new Virgin Broadband hub, but on closer inspection don’t have the required socket, so will need to book an engineer.
I can’t find any way of doing this on the website, or the app, and haven’t been able to speak to a human on the phone.
How do I book an engineer?

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, or wait on here 2/3 days for staff to respond.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.
Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.

I am so sorry to hear that you had this mix up with your install but I can see that you have since spoken to our teams and have an appointment booked.
Are you able to let us know how things are looking after the appointment?
