i need a wifi booster but can't get one

I am struggling to figure out how to get a booster for my home. My package says i'm eligible for 3 boosters if above 30 mbps isn't achieved in all rooms. The wifi doesn't work in one room and one is 20 something . Therefore we should be eligible however i tried looking on the virgin connect app, i tried calling and i tried on the normal virgin media app no luck. We really are in need of these boosters as the wifi is poor in other areas of the house too

We're sorry to hear you're having some coverage issues on your WiFi connection.

Our new WiFi Max service allows you to have up to 3 pods. Whilst the 1st pod can be requested, a second and third pod can only be ordered after diagnostics have been completed and we determine that a Pod is the correct fix for the connection issue. The pods can only be sent out one at a time and each order must be 7 days apart too. 

It's worth having a look at the service as a whole here and please note that unless you're on a 1GB speed or a Volt package then there is a charge of £8 per month. 

Once you've had a look at the above link, if you want to go ahead we will need to confirm some information with you to get that first pod sent out.
