The Virgin Media headline is super TOXIC

I said NO to paying extra for a promotion or updating my plan TWICE because of my loyalty etc, but I just don't need it. And they call me EVERYDAY morning or night. If you say NO to one of the numbers, the other number will call you the next day.

Terrible!!
