Super Hub 4 is dead

Last few days I noticed that SH4 which was working fine last few years became wobbly.

Specifically, several times a day it was switching between dim and bright white ring colours and simultaneously WIFI was going down.
Reboots helped only temporarily, after few hours it was becoming unstable again.

Until today, today it went dead in a way that:
1. powers on
2. land line is down
3. lan connection is a red cross
4. no wifi broadcasted
5. TV works

Tried to reset via pin hole...no success
Ended up booking technician
Anyone has experienced similar faults?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your hub 4, I can certainly understand the frustration with this 😔

Glad to see you have been able to arrange a technician to come and take a look at this. Have they been to visit yet? If so, has this now been resolved?
