Online Security not saving - Sorry the changes you made were not saved

Hi,

i am trying to customise the Child Safe settings. Whenever I make a change to the selection of sites to be blocked and try to save the changes I get an error with the message “Online Security not saving - Sorry the changes you made were not saved.”

what  do I need to do to save the changes?

This VM Account function has been failing for many month and now it is totally broken.
