I cannot access any secure website , I got your connection is not private. I believe this is a problem with Virgin provider, if I switch to my non virgin mobile hotspots all is working.

Do you have a Hub 5 in Router mode, and have Smart Security enabled when you look in the VM Connect app ?

If you are sensible with your own security, you can turn it off.

Keep Smart Security disabled.
This is the second post in two days where Smart Security has gone wrong and caused the customer to loose access to web sites.
After the utter mess of Child Safe is Smart Security already another similar abyss of trouble ?
