Hi, broadband has been disconnected from last night though a number of reboots, resets, and reconnecting power, ethernet cables to the wall.

I'm using Hub 3.0 and the hub shows flashing green light with green LED wifi icon. According to the self test, no RF signal is detected.

What should I do and when I could have the Wifi? It's urgent.

Many thanks

Check the cables are tight at the Hub and at the wall socket.

Call 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a local fault.

If not call customer support and report the outage. 0345 454 1111

I reset to factory reset,  unplugged and plugged all cables back, nothing helps. App suggested call engineer and says that I might be charged £25, so 🤔  Any help how get Internet back before Monday?
