been having issues this week with WiFi signal showing but no internet - no devices are connecting - when I run troubleshoot on my laptop I get an error showing the WiFi doesn’t have a valid IP address - I had a technician out today who told my wife the issue is fixed but I still cannot access internet on any devices (no idea why he didn’t check this before confirming the fix but the virgin to box isn’t even working which is plugged into Ethernet) I wfh and desperately need internet back up today

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues with the Wi-Fi you are having. 😢
I've had a look and I can't see any issues on my end in relation to the Wi-Fi.
Are you able to perform a hard reset on the Virgin Media hub? Pop a pin in the reset pin hole for 40 seconds located at the back of the hub.
Let us know how it goes and we can go on from there. 🧾
