Are my upstream and downstream power levels too high?

Lazy_Jamie

For over a year now give or take, I've been having intermittent drops; this is noticeable during gaming sessions. They last around 10 seconds give or take, however I still seem to be able to hear other people during the drop, and their own sharescreens through Discord WHILE the "internet" has cut out, which leads me to believe this may be an upstream problem if my extremely limited broadband knowledge is correct.

This has been happening for a year now, with no fixes in sight. The cables are tight, even restarting the router does not have any effect. It's just been a constant pain for a year now, so would appreciate any help as I am completely clueless about broadband.

If everything looks fine here, then I'm not quite sure what the next step to fix this would be.

Many thanks,

They are not ideal -6 dBmV is the bottom of the recommended range and yours are all close to that with channel 17 below that value.  Also the 3.1 channel is too low at -11.

A VM person needs to take a look - one should respond shortly.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

There should also be at least four DOCSIS 3.0 Upstream Channels operating in QAM 64, how do those channels look ?
