Mobile app not showing package

I have recently renewed my package and now the “my virgin media app” does not show my package details on the home tab. Can anyone help?

It can sometimes a couple of days for changes to catch up.

Have you tried using a browser instead of the app?

Can I suggest you add your name to the existing thread called "My Virgin Media App not showing correct details"

If enough people report it in a single place maybe they will accept there is an issue 😀

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with your package in your My VM app. We can understand this is not ideal. As mentioned by @newapollo does this occur in the web link? Have you tried reinstalling the app again to see if the issue persists?
