Hi my payment has bounced today but I can't seem to find were to make a manual payment for my sons ipad device as the sim has switched to 02.

hi it isn't the sim it's the device plan which is under virgin finance still thanks 

So you mean you payment to Virgin Media, this should just come out as it did before hand that wouldn't of changed.

How did you pay it in the past? Cheers

yes direct debit but the payment bounced yesterday for some reason and I wanna pay.it ASAP otherwise I'll get a late payment etc but I can't seem to find were to pay

You should be able to make a payment on the app or you can contact the team to do it on 0345 600 0789. Cheers
