ive been told to send my modem and tivo box back.Only trouble is i sent tivo box back years ago?

I cancelled virgin media after waiting 8 months for my landline to be fixed.now they  want me to return modem and tivo box back to them .Trouble is i returned the tivo box after i cancelled the sports package years ago .so what can i do

i took it to sams wines in haydock st helens

We no longer require the TiVo box to be returned as it's old equipment so we advise it can be recycled.

What hub do you have?

Thanks for the confirmation of that. If the Hub has already been returned, then it can take up to 14 days for the return to reach us and be processed back into our warehouses.
