Received an email from virgin that I was out of contract and that I could "have the same great package for 20% less" if I signed up to an 18 month contract. have now realised this was a lie as I have been changed from Mix to Mixit TV so have lost Sky, Sky Witness Alibi etc not happy!!

It only changed over on 4 Oct so within 14 days going to call tomorrow to ask to go back to what I had. The contract sheet they sent didn't mention Mix or Mixit just said Tv360 and TV essentials. So wasn't clear at all that it was changing

Whenever you re-contract, you'll be moved to a currently sold package - which, if you are on a legacy TV tier such as Mix, should be the closest available to your existing.
