how do i ensure my contract ends on the 3rd March.

only looking for broadband and home phone

You will need to give outright cancellation notices for any services you want disconnected, which takes 30days. You can renegotiate prices for your remaining services during the same call, but expect the per-unit cost to increase a tad.

my package includes TV , which i never wanted or used

Only need broadband and homephone 

How do i ensure my contract ends with Virgin on the 3rd March fully.

Hey langridgepeter, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you will be leaving us.

To do this you would need to put your 30 day notice in on the 3rd Feb 2024.

If you wish to give your 30 days’ notice you can do it  by just sending a WhatsApp with a description of the cancellation to +447305 327 112 or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA.
