Query on registering a Lasting Power Of attorney

I have an LPA for my Father-in-Law who is a Virgin Media account holder. I have an LPA online account so can give access to Virgin Media. However, which telephone number should I call in order to give the access code they need to view a digital copy of the LPA.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with getting your LPA registered. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
