New contract, how do I accept it?

I've been sent a new contract. My Virgin Media account app still showing the old one.

When did you get sent the new contract and how did you go about getting this applied?

We can take a look from here at basic package issues. 

However as a rule we tend to help with fault related issues here.

Have you called the team on 150 from a Virgin Media Landline or 03454541111 from any other phone, or also tried though our team on WhatsApp: +447305 327 112
