How to report an abandoned Virgin Van 3 months

Who do I report a van to not moved for 3 months , police not interested , first reported it in July nothing happens still there near our works unit.  Bedford MK410EP

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear there has been a van parked outside your work unit and has been there 3 months, has it moved at all or has it been there constantly, please can you add a picture of it including the Registration so we can get this investigated?
