Log in - email issues

After email account was hacked couldn't sign in. Was fixed but not working again. Email addresses linked to my account are both incorrect. Help would be appreciated Thanks   [MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]

Amazon voucher not received

Its now over 4 months since i signed up for a deal for broadband. they said they would send me £80 amazon voucher within 3 months. i sent a complaint last week that i have not received it. still no reply and no sign of voucher.
