I agreed to a Virgin Media bundle upgrade ( 100154985095 & 100154985087) which included an 02 SIM.
Having to cancel the 02 SIM separately with 02 is ridiculous enough but I have now spent over 4 hours and spoken to 12+ people trying to cancel this, cried twice and about to have a mental breakdown. ( Not joking)
The Order # is NC2256205901 and [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED]
I have submitted complaint to Virgin Media but that can take 28 days to reply.
Can someone please arrange for this to be cancelled and confirm by return.
Utter disaster.

Because this an O2 sim we can't cancel it from our side it would need to go through to O2.
However I am going to send you a PM so I can gain some information about this. Cheers
