have series 2 router and one telephone line (virgin)

need to book a technicain to visit and bring updated router and phone adapter

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Have you got a letter in the post saying that you need a new router for the digital telephone line?
