switchover date

please tell me when my fibre network home phone switchover date is. i'm OX4 6HX postcode.

my adapter has arrived, but no switchover date 'in the letter we're sending you'. no letter with a date has got to me

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

There should definitely be a date included in the same letter that came with the adapter, as we'd only send that out once the local switchover date has been confirmed. Can you double-check to be sure?

thanks, the date is on neither of the two bits of paper that came with adapter. not the card with adapter attached, nor the small booklet marked 'phone'. there is no personal information on either of those papers, not my name, not the switchover date
