I have changed my service from Vodafone to Virgin and asked to keep my old landline number. This has not happened. I specifically do NOT want a new landline number, I requested to keep my old one when I placed my order. It has now been two weeks since my Virgin service started. Please can somebody help?

We do apologise that you have still not received your original number from Vodafone. I would like to take a look at what is causing the delay for you.

Had you already cancelled with Vodafone? The number to be ported must still be active with the previous supplier for the port to go through.
