No Dial Tone

Over the last few days I have not had any dial tone on my landline but I can dial out to other numbers like mobile and other landline numbers but cannot connect to numbers like 150 for example.

Just a regular customer who knows quite a bit about computers.

Sorry to hear of the dial tone issue.

Can you confirm, is your telephone plugged into the telephone port one on the router?

It is indeed plugged into port 1

Just a regular customer who knows quite a bit about computers.

Thanks for coming back to us and confirming. 

Is this with every call you go to make?

Does a reboot of the router fix the dial tone issue? 

Or unplugging the connection to the router / wait two minutes and plugging back in?

Yeah it has been every call for the last few days, I've attempted rebooting the router and unplugging the landline cable but still no dial tone.

I would like to take a look into this for you.

It seems like you have tried every possible option to fix this, so I think it's best to arrange a technician to attend.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
