Can a virgin operator help me Need EBUL v3

 

i am disabled the other 2 people in my home are disabled how to get this

Hi tprronnie,

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Can we ask if you've current had the home switch over and you're now using your landline through your hub?

If so, we can order you an EBUL. If unfortunately, you have not yet had the switchover, we will not be able to order this until this has been completed.

Yes did not take EBUL v1 and v2 I was not sure I liked them but now digital hub 5 v3 would work for me please

Apologies for any confusion tprronnie.

I was asking if you've already had you home phone switched over. Have you been sent an adaptor in the post or any notification when this is going to happen.

Once this has been done, we can then request you have an EBUL as back up. 

If you're still using your old master socket, not your router, you will not be eligible for an EBUL currently. Our engineer would not be able to attach it to your line if you are not on the new network.
