Hi
I've had no dial tone on my Virgin landline for months now. I've followed your online advice and it isn't my phone/kit at fault but the line. So I've tried your helpline twice this week and have waited over 30mins each time while inane pop music was played loudly at me but no one answered. There wasn't even any info about where I was in the queue, if there even was a queue that is. So here I am paying for a landline that's broken & you won't even answer the phone. Help!
