Landline Not Working

Unknown67
Up to speed

Our landline (Area01} is not working, (incoming or outgoing). Ringing out gives the long tone (number unobtainable). Ringing in goes straight to voicemail. Collegue at work who lives in the same area has the same problem.

Broadband and TV also cut out yesterday numerous times, phone is still ongoing.

Faults page says everything is working as it should.

Have you tried using a different handset?

Handset is fine. Gets a dial done. Won't even connect to 150.

Seems to be a common problem with all the new threads?

Is the number 150 number? Also are you able to dial any other number?

Yes, well, forget the faults page, it’s about as reliable or informative as 'The Sun' horoscopes, but that is a truly horrific BQM as linked to in your signature.

I’m not surprised you are having problems.

Got in from work, yesterday morning and all is fixed and working properly again.
