We now have a constant 'Message waiting' tone when we pick up the receiver. Have to check 1571 just in case another message left. It had been fine for a few years on HUB 3 and only after upgrading to a HUB 5 three weeks ago we now have a Message Waiting tone when we pick up the line to call out. There are no messages but we have to check every single time - just in case!! Its become a pain!! Can VM please fix it for us????
The only thing changed in the setup is HUB 5 swapped over. No new handsets etc.
