Received the fibre phone adapter but when is the switchover for NG5

I've got 2 questions regarding the fibre phone adapter:

1.) When is the date for the switchover for NG5 area?

2.) My siemen phone runs on cable, do I need another line?

Just to clarify on this, you should've either received an email or a letter advising when the switchover is, has this not been sent?
