Hi,
I’m a little confused, I was not home when my Hub 3 was installed, but the installer said I could get a splitter to connect my PS5 to the internet via a wired connection from the VM TV Box, as I was not present, I’m unsure what he meant. I’m wondering what cable can I split and how do I connect up to get a wired LAN?

That's the main feed from the VM network, that the PS5 cannot use.
You need to run an ethernet cable from the HUB to where your wired devices are located.

The 'VM TV Box' doesn't supply an internet connection, only the HUB can.
Is there an ethernet cable run from the HUB to the TV box?

Hi Carl,
There is no ethernet cable running at present between the Hub and TV Box.

I'm unsure what the engineer meant then.

There’s only a splitter/broadband cable running from the Hub to the TV Box, that’s the only cable I can think of that can be split.
